The Whirlwind of the Online Marketing Summit Regional Tour

The past several months have been a whirlwind. Getting to travel with the Online Marketing Summit and the 23 city tour was overwhelming, but extremely fun and educational.

In just a few months, I’ve met hundreds of professionals from around the USA including business owners, marketing managers, and educators young and old.

From being a facilitator and educator for the better half of a decade now, I’ve come to realize that teaching about marketing helps you learn more about marketing.

One thing I’ve always known about successful marketing (especially this day and age), is to not just talk about yourself.  We believe in an ’80/20′ relationship in terms of marketing: 80% of the time, share good ‘stuff’ and valuable content…20% of the time you can shamelessly plug.
